Jeniffer Calderon, Senior Grants Specialist based in Guatemala,  Jeniffer joined the Conservancy in 2002; since then Jennifer has supported different conservation programs including the Caribbean, Latin America and Africa regions in various administrative/grants positions. Jeniffer has been the Lead Grants Specialist for Africa and Caribbean Regions and has traveled to Micronesia as a Coda Fellow in October 2013 to train local partners in best practices for finance and administrative procedures. Most recently, Jeniffer was awarded with the 2019 Conservation Operations Financial Impact Award.

Jeniffer´s work with RESCA is to contribute to the success of TNC´s conservation agenda by ensuring compliance with terms and conditions of the prime award, U.S. rules and regulations that apply;  Jeniffer also has the responsibility to provide accurate financial information to Project Managers in Guatemala and Belize; and therefore minimizing risks for TNC.
